Maria Tognoli is the Founder and Principal of Seaside Benefits Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience, she and her team partner with employers to develop employee benefits strategies that align with their business goals, attract and retain talent, and create a better employee experience.
Seaside Benefits Consulting was founded after seeing too many small and mid sized employers overlooked simply because of their size. Their concerns were often not heard, their businesses were underserved, and they were rarely presented with the same innovative strategies and consulting typically reserved for larger organizations. Every employer deserves a voice and a consulting partner who is invested in their success.
At Seaside Benefits Consulting, we take the time to understand each client's business, workforce, culture, and goals before recommending a strategy. Benefits are an investment in people and a powerful tool to attract, retain, and support employees. Our team serves as an extension of our clients' HR departments by providing ongoing guidance, compliance support, employee education, and year round service.
Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about supporting the Hispanic business community. Outside of work, she mentors with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and actively supports organizations that strengthen our communities.

Mary Tadros
is a senior HR Consultant with Seaside Benefits Consulting, bringing more than 20 years of Human Resources experience helping employers build compliant, productive, and people-focused workplaces.
With a Master's degree in Legal Studies and extensive expertise in California employment law, Mary partners with business owners and leadership teams to provide practical HR guidance that supports both their employees and business objectives.
Mary works closely with clients on employee relations, workplace investigations, leave administration, policy development, compliance, talent acquisition, compensation, organizational development, and multi state HR operations. She understands that every organization is different and takes the time to develop solutions that fit each client's culture, workforce, and long term goals.
As an extension of our clients' leadership teams, Mary helps employers navigate complex HR challenges, minimize risk, strengthen workplace culture, and implement scalable HR practices that support growth. Her thoughtful approach, legal knowledge, and commitment to doing what is right have earned the trust of employers across a variety of industries.
